WHEN WE DELIVER
All of our orders are sent using a courier company, who provide a secure system of delivery. Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number which will enable you to check on the delivery status of your order. We also offer shipping to multiple addresses, all of which can be stored in your personal account to facilitate payment.

Delivery within the UK is free of charge. We aim to deliver to you within 2- 4 days of purchase.
Delivery is also free of charge within Europe, the USA and Canada. We aim to deliver to you within 2-4 days of purchase. Please see above for the countries this includes.
For all other countries, we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. Please note the shipping costs in the table above. For information on taxes and duties, please see below.
Please note that we are unable to deliver on Saturdays and Sundays: any order placed after 15.00 (GMT) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please see below a list of countries which we ship to on the basis that we pay all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes.
We ship to all other countries on the understanding that the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged when the package reaches your country. For more information, we suggest you contact your local customs office, or email: email@example.com
Please note that UK VAT, set at 20%, is included on all products and where applicable, shown on your invoice. Our UK VAT registration number is GB 944397683.
Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the dates stated on the website, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorisation, stock availability or international customs clearance.
Customers must be present to sign for their deliveries- we recommend you ship your items to a work/ office address if you will not be at home around the time of delivery. For this reason, we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Please read our payment security if you have concerns about shipping to multiple addresses.
All Lara Bohinc products are insured during shipping against theft and accidental damage, and remain the property of Lara Bohinc until they have been delivered and signed for by the customer. Once delivered, they become the customer’s property and are no longer covered by our insurance.
